From now on, you don’t need to go to the Register of Deeds Office to request a Certified True Copy (CTC) of your Land Title because the Land Registration Authority (LRA) has now introduced how to order it online! Just follow these 3 Easy Steps to Request a CTC (Certified True Copy) of your Land Title Online to get yours!
1. On your browser, go to eserbisyo.lra.gov.ph, then click the Request Now button.

To create a new account, click Register.

When your account is successfully created, you will be redirected to this part.

2. To request your Certified True Copy, click Request for Certified True Copy.
Please fill in the information needed for the delivery, making sure that it is correct and complete. Then click Add Title.

Choose the correct Register of Deeds office in which your property is registered. (You may check your Title)

Input the Title Type, Title number, and Number of Copies, then click save. This is crucial, so make sure to double-check!
For manual titles, input the correct and complete Title Number. For e-titles, include the 10-digit title number (after the dash).
For some instances, it may also ask for the Block, Lot, and Plan Number or the name of the condominium project for the manual titles.
3. Pay the transaction fee online through its authorized e-payment-getaway partners.
