The Bathroom is made bigger by moving the walls. It is 80cm wider than original and 10cm is added the other way which made it big enough to install a 150cmx150cm Jacuzzi.
It has a 30-gallon water heater installed in the washing room to make sure that its more than enough hot water for a relaxing bath. Big 1m wide bathroom sink with cabinets and drawers and mirror.

Carved decorative moldings in the ceiling and plain moldings around the floor. Nice customized decorative curtains and the floor tiles are upgraded to a wood looking type.

This is the world’s first digital circuit breaker. Red, green, and yellow lights tell you if your circuits are ok. The unit has 12 circuits now. All circuits have ground-fault protection.
All pipes and boxes are replaced with plastic ones to avoid rust. A thick ground wire is added from the panelboard to the angle bars above the ceiling which is welded to the metal inside the walls. The connection point can be reached from the hole for exhaust fan in the washing room.
All connection boxes are moved to under the ceiling where they can be reached and covered with a nice black glass cover. Wire connections are not “twist and tape”. Connectors are used and it is imported from Germany.

Regarding technical, a lot of changes/upgrades are done to this unit. Some are visible and also a lot of that is not. All electrical circuit breakers are imported. All wires and electrical systems are changed from the original, more than enough outlets. Dimmable spotlights installed in all ceilings except bathroom and washing room where bigger LED lights are installed.
Every tile in the unit is changed. No original tiles are used anywhere. The kitchen is replaced with a big new one with a lot of storage space. There is hot and cold water. The water heater is also installed.
All pipes, electrical and water, and also “Exhaust” pipes are secured with clamps and brackets. The ceiling is lowered to make these nice “squares” with spotlights. Moldings with carvings are installed everywhere in the ceiling and plain tiles around the floors.
All angle bars above the ceiling is painted to avoid rust and a lot more small details, too many to mention here, but not unimportant.
Don’t be sure it is done anywhere else in this building or any other buildings around. Detailed plans with measurements are available. Picture of pipes and hidden installments is available upon request.
