The house is a 2-Story Beach House situated along a beachside of the Amazing Carmen. The house is designed by the owner himself, with a tiled roof and a modern architectural theme, and was built in the year 2017.

The Living Room

It has a spacious living area, with a marble-tiled floor and a comfortably elegant sofa! You can enjoy watching Netflix because it has a 55-inch flat-screen television, speakers, and air-conditioner, very perfect for a family movie marathon! 

It is also decorated with indoor plants, wooden statuettes, a wall-clock, a colorful, sophisticated lampstand, and a classy chandelier, and a full glass door featuring the pool and the beach. You, together with your family or even friends, will feel relaxed in its living room!

Near the living room is a corridor going to the guest room, dining room, and kitchen. Moreover, you can place your extra stuff in the storage room under the stairway.

The Dining Room

Eating alone is not a thing, especially for us Filipinos, but not here in its dining room! It has an 8-seater dining table ideal for families. Furthermore, you will not just be satisfied with the food, but also you will appreciate the view of the gleaming pool on a sunny day because of its full glass door.

The Kitchen

If you love cooking, well for sure you will enjoy its kitchen area! The kitchen area is very well-lighted, which is perfect for cooking, baking, and preparing your dishes, and above all, it is air-conditioned. It has a countertop and wall cabinets for your groceries and other goods!

It has a refrigerator, water dispenser, oven, microwave, stove with two range hoods and a filter, dishwashing rack, and most of all, a power supply so that if ever there is a blackout on the place, you can continue cooking and your family doesn’t have to be afraid of the dark! Beside it, is a service area with a sink, washing machine, water dispenser, and a top-freezer refrigerator.

The Guest Room

It is customary to us that we like our friends or families to come over for a sleepover, but not every house caters to guests. Definitely not here! The guest room is on the ground floor near the living room. Your guest will really feel at home because it has a full-sized bed, air-conditioner, a closet, and a bathroom.

The stairway is very classy even though it is wooden! You can adore the sunlight because of its long glass window featuring the outdoors! Additionally, it is decorated with wooden statuettes and plants. But these statuettes are not just a simple one because it is from Qatar, Bahrain, Bangkok, and Dubai. United Nations feels in a house is possible right?

The Bedrooms

The second floor features an extended hallway with a sofa and mirror and the bedrooms. The master’s bedroom contains 55-inch flat-screen television, lamps, a mirror, a fluffy king-sized bed, a walk-in wardrobe, and a toilet and bath, with a shower and a bathtub. You will absolutely have a good rest because it is not just air-conditioned, but also, you can even look at nature since it has a full-glass door and window.

The other two (2) bedrooms have a chandelier, full-sized bed, closet, full-glass door and window, and an air-conditioner. These two bedrooms have a shared bathroom comprising a bathtub, shower, and toilet. One of its outstanding features is that these three bedrooms (master’s and two bedrooms) have access to the balcony. Lastly, it has a one-extra room with a full-sized bed, chandelier, air-conditioner, shower, and toilet.

The Swimming Pool

Let’s have a vacation outside. Why? Because it has a swimming pool surrounded by nipa hut, palm trees, coconut trees, and flowers. If you want to drink coconut juice, you can just pick it directly. Night swimming can be really entertaining for the reason that it has lights under the pool that ignites different colors of lights at night.

Want to have a tan-color body? Yes, it’s possible because this resort has beach beds and you can also relax in its swaying chair. Plus, you can inhale the fresh air the sea provides! You can even go swimming on the beach. If you have kids, they will definitely love to run at its grayish sand.
